Custom Farming

Many of our clients have come to us with ideas about serving existing products in an unusual way or even growing new products. Working together with the chef is what keeps us at the forefront of our industry.

Proprietary or Signature Blends

Are you looking to stand out from the crowd? If so, we’re the farm for you. We are big enough to be flexible, but small enough not to overlook the details. Ask us about creating a signature salad blend for your restaurant.

Daily Delivery

We deliver Monday through Saturday in Ventura and Los Angeles counties. Just call the night before and we’ll deliver the next day.

FedEx/Airport Delivery

Monday through Friday, we prepare and deliver orders for restaurants nationwide for next–day arrival. Depending on the size of your order, either pick up at a local airport or receiving with our special rates via FedEx priority overnight, we offer competitive pricing and unsurpassed quality and freshness.

Distributor Orders

Many distributors throughout the US carry our products. Contact us to find a distributor in your area, or direct your local distributor to our website.
